Wrapping Up Week 3 of the Owwll 30 Day Hard Challenge

Week 3 is officially in the books, and I’m proud to say I’m down 6 pounds since starting this journey! đź’Ş
The daily structure of the Owwll 30 Day Hard Challenge has been exactly what I needed: exercise, water, reading, and most importantly, making that unique Owwll call every single day before sundown.
To support my progress, I’ve started a supplement stack alongside my regular meds. Nothing extreme — just a few additions to help with recovery, energy, and overall balance. The combination of movement, accountability, and mindful supplementation is working better than I could have hoped.
